Definition of photovoltaic bracket:

Photovoltaic bracket is a special bracket used to install solar panel. It together with photovoltaic modules, combiner boxes, inverters and other core equipment constitutes a photovoltaic power generation system. As an important support structure for carrying photovoltaic modules, safety and ease of installation are the core requirements of solar mount system. As one of the core components of solar power stations, photovoltaic brackets have an important impact on the power generation efficiency, investment income, and maintenance costs of photovoltaic power stations. In addition, the selection of photovoltaic brackets will also affect the economic indicators, construction land indicators, construction scale and other factors of the photovoltaic power station.

Characteristics of photovoltaic brackets:

Non-standardized products: Photovoltaic brackets are non-standardized customized products. During the design process, the wind and snow loads in the area where the power station is located must be fully considered to ensure the safety, technical and economic factors of the bracket.

Long life cycle: The production and manufacturing of photovoltaic brackets must ensure that they can operate in various harsh natural environments for more than 25 years and achieve a service life that matches the life of the power station.

Classification of photovoltaic brackets according to material type:

Aluminum alloy solar mount bracket refers to a photovoltaic bracket whose material is mainly composed of aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy brackets are mostly used in photovoltaic power generation projects on the roofs of civil buildings. They have excellent corrosion resistance, light weight and relatively beautiful features.

Stainless steel solar mount brackets refer to photovoltaic brackets that are mainly made of stainless steel. Stainless steel brackets have strong corrosion resistance and are mainly used in areas with large strength and corrosion resistance requirements. However, the cost is at a greater disadvantage than galvanized steel.

Galvanized steel solar mount brackets refer to photovoltaic brackets whose materials are mainly composed of galvanized steel. Galvanized steel brackets can be widely used in various scenarios, and the cost is relatively low, so it is the mainstream material choice for photovoltaic brackets at present.
